We keep this short and honest. Two things collect information here: the contact form, and standard website analytics.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, agency or organization, topic, and message you choose to send us.
We also use Google Analyticsto understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can keep improving it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard usage data: the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use this only in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it to follow you around the web. You can opt out through your browser's privacy settings, a Global Privacy Control signal, or Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Why we collect it
We use what you send only to read your message and reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How it reaches us
The contact form delivers your message to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both handle your information only to provide those services to us, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages in our email for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
Write to us at privacy@avenuecivic.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is meant for government and organizational contacts. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
