The bench
Beyond open roles, much of our capacity comes from the bench: senior product, data, and engineering specialists who join specific builds. What the work is like
Remote, project-based, and direct. You work on public-sector products that ship in weeks and get used by real agencies and residents. No account layers, no billable-hour theater; scoped engagements with the people doing the work talking straight to the client.
